Refund and Return Policy

ForgeWear products are custom-made after purchase, so buyer-remorse returns and size exchanges are not guaranteed.

Refunds or replacements may be available for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Contact support with clear photos and order details within 14 days of delivery.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of print provider availability, policy review, or production constraints, ForgeWear may cancel and refund the order.

Because each product is made from customer-selected text, artwork, product type, size, and color, customers should review the product preview, size selection, and shipping address carefully before paying.

ForgeWear may place an order on hold while investigating artwork rights, address problems, fulfillment availability, payment mismatch, or print-quality concerns.
