Can I design without using AI?

Yes. You can create text-only products or upload your own artwork without spending an AI generation.

Do AI generations count if no image is created?

No. ForgeWear is designed to record a generation only after artwork is successfully created and saved.

Can I preview products before ordering?

Yes. The studio includes live previews for shirts, hoodies, and hats before checkout.

Who prints and ships the clothing?

ForgeWear prepares paid, reviewed orders for print-on-demand fulfillment through connected providers.

Can I save designs?

Yes. Generated and uploaded designs are saved to your account design library.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Uploads are supported for PNG, JPG, and WEBP files, but you should only upload artwork you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.

Are orders reviewed before production?

Yes. Paid orders wait for admin review before fulfillment so print files, shipping details, availability, and policy concerns can be checked.

Can I cancel or return a custom product?

Custom-made products are not guaranteed for buyer-remorse returns, but damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for support review.

How long does shipping take?

Production and delivery timing can vary by product, print provider, destination, inventory, holidays, and carrier conditions. Tracking is provided when available.

What does Pro include?

Pro includes more daily AI image generations and Creative+ Flux mode for richer apparel style exploration. Text and uploads remain available without spending AI generations.
